This is a complete body workout . No two workouts ever the same! A class that is sure to push you to your limits. Takes place in our Functional Training room or outside depending on weather. Typically you can expect 50-60 minutes of pure body burn.

Your Abs will thank your after this amazing class. Tighten, define and stabilize your abs and lower back using a unique variety of core strength and conditioning exercises. Class with Matt.
Taught by one of our Personal Trainers, Sam Walsh, this class incorporates high intensity intervals & resistance training that will work your entire body. Each class will be different to constantly challenge your body. Sam uses a mix of weight circuits and cardiovascular exercises to to help you improve your strength and endurance.
A dynamic and powerful strength and conditioning class that draws from a blend of disciplines including traditional crossfit moves, and functional strength training. This class will test you and undoubtedly leave you stronger, more focused, and prepared for anything! Class with Matt.
Let's get your heart pumping! Have fun doing lunges, squats, push-ups, etc. We'll work all your body parts using dumbbells, barbells, leg weights and even your own body weight.
